Swamprat Basketball — or 'Swamp' to us — is our culture-first basketball league run every Tuesday night in Elwood, Victoria. Each season, players are drafted into brand new teams — rotating every time to keep competition balanced and dynamics fresh. Individual stats are recorded across every game and accessible through the Swamprat platform. At the end of each season, top performers are recognised with awards — MVP, Scoring Leader, Rebounding Leader, Assists Leader, and more — before everything peaks at Grand Final night, including a 3-Point Shootout.

Before each season, we hold a Rookie Run — an open session for new players to come down, see the level, and experience the culture firsthand. It's real ball with the existing crew.
If it's a fit, you go into the draft and become part of the league. No audition, no pressure — just come and play.
